The welding and assembly workshop has two wave soldering lines, one with lead soldering and one without lead soldering, which can meet the process requirements of different customers simultaneously.
Free combination U-shaped wire body
To meet the production process requirements of different products, a U-shaped line body that can be freely combined has been established to adapt to the diverse products.
Automatic welding and manual welding
Using an automatic welding machine to weld some irregular and pin dense components not only improves efficiency but also ensures welding quality. At the same time, the introduction of V-shaped thread bodies is more suitable for the production mode of multiple varieties and small batches.
Product assembly
The assembly workshop is equipped with 11 assembly production lines, of which 8 are currently in use, covering fields such as automotive electronics, printers, medical equipment, and data collection.
